Hi,
I get an empty (blank) window when I click on the "Ticket Configuration" menu item.
The page never goes active, remains static, does nothing.

Thank you very much for your help.

Please make sure your event has tickets before trying this feature. The "Ticket Configuration" feature, enables you to customize a ticket chart that will be available in the frontend when a user tries to join an event. He will be prompted with the available seats and he can select a specific one from the custom tables.
