I've got a bit of a problem here that is confusing me. I'll give you an example:

I have a user named John Smith .. and he is a member of Joomla User Groups 'Registered', 'Clients', and 'Members'.
I have also set up these same user groups in RSEvents and associated each with its corresponding Joomla user group.

I have then created an RSEvent "Ticket" and made it available to ONLY the 'Clients' user group.
But John Smith cannot purchase a ticket.

Why can he not purchase a ticket if the ticket is available to that user group?

It seems though, that if I add ALL the user groups to which John Smith is assigned ... THEN he can purchase a ticket!
(But this is not really a viable, because I would have to create MANY different types of tickets).


Is there a way to configure RSEvents so that a user (who is a member of multiple user groups), can purchase a ticket which is associated only to one particular user group to which the user is assigned?

As opposed to the user having to be a member of ALL the user groups which are assigned to the ticket?

(i hope i explained that clearly?)
