Hi. How is it possible to change the font size of h1 in the events?

If you simply need to change a font size, perhaps it would be best to make some CSS adjustments. Can you post a link to your page so i can have a look ?

I do not know where is the css file soI can change it. The inspection shows a cache file

Your template is indeed cacheing and compressing files but it should provide a setting for turning this off (temporarily).

On a different note, you can simply add the h1 font size adjustment declaration somewhere in a template related CSS file and then purge the cached files.
