In the View details area of a listing, when either the Contact button or the Report button is clicked, there is no popup but the screen greys over.

RSDirectory! was built using Bootstrap2, your template uses a newer version (which is not supported by Joomla! anyway) and this is generating the conflicts.

modals in bootstrap 3 is little different, good solution is override template and put some changes :D

And how? I use bootstrap 3 and when i click on contact, the screen gets dark and i can click on nothing.

I'd like to know the solution to this one too! I think I saw some others had solved it with a css fix elsewhere, I'll keep hunting as this thread seems a bit stale :(

I´ve fixed it, but i´m not sure how ;)
I will post my Settings (also from the template). Eventually it can help you.

Yes try. I did not change any code. So in my case, it seems like there was a problem with the options.
