I would like to suggest that RSJoomla offer a paid version of RSPageBuilder! My reasons are as follows:
1. Value of RSPageBuilder! I really like RSPageBuilder and consider it one of the best Joomla page builders available. (For my purposes it is the best!) I have tried a few of them, including complex, expensive ones but I prefer RSPageBuilder to all those. What I like about it is that it doesn't try to replace the Joomla or Bootstrap systems but makes it easy to work with them. It provides a very helpful way of managing all the different elements that go into Bootstrap rows and columns from the actual grid structure to elements like headings, images and lists, icons and buttons. It also works well with the Joomla component system so that a Page in RSPageBuilder can easily be linked to a menu item. Given all these benefits, I think there is a good market for a paid version of RSPageBuilder.
2. Faster development. I do consider RSPageBuilder! to be a mature piece of software, but there is always a need for development. With a paid version, RSJoomla would be able to devote more resources to development with the result that new features could be implemented more quickly and bugs could be eliminated sooner.
3. Technical support. There is always a need for technical support and the forum is not always adequate. In my experience, RSJoomla's technical support is among the best of all Joomla companies. Responses are fast and helpful. I would love to have this level of support available for PageBuilder, especially since it becomes such an important part of one's website workflow once you start using it. A paid version would, I trust, make it feasible for RSJoomla to offer their outstanding support on RSPageBuilder! as well.
4. Documentation. The basic concepts of RSPageBuilder! are fairly intuitive, and the documentation is helpful. But it would be even more helpful to expand the documentation and provide more technical detail on how the elements work and how RSPageBuilder! interfaces with Bootstrap. A paid version could make it possible to develop the documentation much further.
If other users share my desire for a paid version it would be very helpful to make that known here. I'm sure RSJoomla would be interested!
