How to change the favicon in RS Brixton?

The default description to put it into the /templates/rsbrixton/ don't work.
And the default "B"-favicon in Brixton is not in this folder either.
So please someone tell me where to find the deafult favicon, so I can replace it.

Secondly: How to change the text in the favicon-tab. Now it says Home, but I want it to show the Company name.
