Hi,

I installed a new Joomla site and after that I installed RSForm!Pro
I never made a backup of the forms in the previous Joomla installation but I have a backup zip from the previous Joomla site.
Can I extract the RSForm forms from the Joomla backup zip file and insert these in the new Joomla site?

Hello,

You can restore your previous Joomla! installation locally and afterwards use the RSForm!Pro Backup functionality in order to generate a backup archive of your forms. This archive can be later restored on your new Joomla! installation. You can read more on this here:
