Location Map for Locations without Active Events

Would like to be able to show map of locations that may or may not have events active. As locations are already available, this would allow locations to be shown for locations where events are regular and not registered in RSEvents or where they are irregular, but we want the locations to be shown. This should be quite simple and replace the need for Google Maps or ZHGoogleMaps.
