Post reminder email with more placeholders

Please add more placeholders to the post reminder email so I can use them to autofill the RSfrom feedback form.

Placeholders:
{name}
{email}
{hash} (event hash)
AND ability to incorporate any of the RSform placeholders
{name:value}
{email:value}
{hash:value}

Post reminder email: Also add FLAG icon to Post reminder Yes/No since it is language independent
